Your 3 steps for today

1. Answer a low review the same day

On a 4.92 map, one bad review can cost you the call. Reply calmly, say what you did to fix it, and offer to talk.

2. Ask every customer for a review

Send your review link to every finished job, not only the happy ones. More reviews keep one bad day from setting your rating.

3. Show your service area

Set the towns you cover in your profile, so homeowners across Dallas know you'll come to them.
