Overview

Full Board AI is a division of Bluhook Inc. This Privacy Policy explains what information Full Board AI collects when you use fullboard.ai and our free scan, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the site, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

Information you give us: your name and email address when you unlock a full score report or contact us, your mobile number if you choose to give it, the website URL you submit for analysis, and anything you include in a message or booking.

Conversations with our site assistant: if you chat or talk with the AI assistant on this site, the conversation, including audio if you use voice, is recorded and processed by our provider ElevenLabs so the assistant can respond and so we can review and improve it. The assistant tells you this when the conversation starts.

Information collected automatically: basic, privacy-respecting usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and referring source, used to keep the site fast and reliable.

How we use your information

To run your free Local Marketing Score and deliver the report; to follow up about your results and a possible project; to respond to your inquiries and schedule calls; and to operate, secure, and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send unsolicited marketing unrelated to your request.

The Local Marketing Score tool

When you submit a URL, we send it to trusted third-party services to analyze the site's performance, SEO, and public business listings. We analyze publicly available information about the site you enter.

Text messages (SMS)

We do not send text messages from fullboard.ai at this time. If we start, we will ask for your consent first, with its own checkbox, and publish the program terms on this site.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Third-party services

We use service providers to operate the site and tool, including Google PageSpeed Insights and Google Places, DataForSEO, our scheduling provider (Cal.com), our hosting provider (Vercel), and our email provider. Each processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Cookies & analytics

We use minimal cookies and lightweight analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

Data retention

Free accounts: we delete a free account and its information 12 months after your last sign-in or scan.

Coach and AI desk accounts: we keep your information while your account is active.

You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing dorian@lumenlocal.com. Where the law requires us to keep a record longer, we keep only that record, then delete or de-identify it.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing dorian@lumenlocal.com. We will honor applicable privacy rights, including those under US state privacy laws where they apply to you.

Children

Our site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
