Our compliance agent is an AI, not a lawyer, and it doesn't give legal advice. You still own your business's own duties, like your licenses and your trade's rules. Our terms say who is responsible for what. *The client setup is done with you after you start.

Your data is stored with our database provider, which encrypts it in storage, and it travels over encrypted connections. Card payments are handled by Stripe, so your card number never touches our servers. A security agent reviews every change that touches your data before it goes live. Every night it scans our system for leaked keys, and every day it checks for known security flaws.

We text only people who ask for it, by ticking a box that starts unchecked. Each kind of text says how often it comes, and replying STOP ends it. When you call us, our assistant says it's an AI and that the call is recorded before it asks you anything. Before any new text, email, call script or page goes out, our compliance review checks it against the rules for texts, calls, email and advertising. Every week we check those rules for changes, and when they change, we update our own messages.
