Why does my own search look different?
Your report is a snapshot from the day we ran the check. Your own search can look different, and that's normal.
Map results change with where you're standing, the time and what your competitors do.
AI answers change too. ChatGPT and other assistants can answer the same question differently for different people on different days, so one answer is only one data point. The Missed-Calls Map asks several AI assistants more than once and counts the results.
Look at the pattern over time, not one search. If a number still doesn't add up, email support@fullboard.ai and we'll check it.
