What happens in week 1 with your AI Growth Team?
On day one you get a sign-in link and a few setup questions. In week 1 you give us access to your Google profile and website. Your first weekly report comes that week.

Before I pay
We confirm your start date before you pay anything, and you see the full terms first.
Day one
After you pay, you get a welcome email with a sign-in link. There's no password.
Then you answer a few setup questions. The email says they take about two minutes:
- Who's at the office
- The one phone number customers should call
- About how many calls you get a month, and how many you miss
- What happens after hours
- Your best jobs
- The towns you want more work in
- Anything we should never say
Then you get a checklist of things to connect. If it isn't done in 24 hours, we send a reminder.
What do you need from me?
In week 1 we ask for:
- Manager access on your Google Business Profile
- A way into your website
- Access to Google Search Console and Google Analytics (Google's free tools that show who finds and visits your site)
- A check that your phone number is right
There's no kickoff call. You do it from the checklist.
Your Google profile stays in your name, not ours.
When is my website ready?
We build it in your first weeks, then improve it every week.
Once you've paid for setup, the website we build is yours to keep.
What else is part of your AI Growth Team?
- We record where you start, so you can see what changed.
- We test your contact form and phone line, so a customer who reaches out gets through.
- We clean up your business listings, fixing your name, address and phone number where they are wrong.
Phone answering and web chat get set up with you after you start, one at a time. We tell you the date for each before we begin.
When do I get my first report?
You get a weekly report with a 1-minute video, every week, starting your first week.
Each one has the numbers and every change we made, with links and the reason for each.
What if I change my mind?
Setup is refunded only if you ask within 7 days of paying and before we start building.
Your AI Growth Team is month to month. Email support@fullboard.ai and we cancel it. It stops at the end of the month you've paid for.
